Our primary goal is to address homelessness among adults. For the youth population, we will arm them with fundamental skills and employment opportunities. Through our nurturing methods, we will motivate program participants to unlock their full potential as they build a solid foundation for lifelong accomplishments.
Our Goals
At Choices in Action, our mission is to empower and uplift the lives of impoverished youth, adults, and families. Formed in 2018 as a nonprofit agency, we provide life-sustaining services and eliminate barriers that hinders progress.
As a steadfast advocate, we deeply cherish individuals facing mental illnesses and are dedicated to promoting respect, dignity, and equal opportunities for all.

Specialized services for veterans
Our Registered Nurse, who is also a veteran, possesses deep expertise in reviewing veterans’ medical records, identifying and documenting overlooked or inadequately assessed medical conditions. We will help veterans file their disability compensation claims and appeals.
